This architect from Amsterdam brought to light a way to deal with flooding by floating residential buildings. The utilities and building are anchored so they dont float away. This is a cool way to deal with flooding. It would be cool to apply to a playground and easier to apply to a playground. We might not even need draining, if we could float it. This architect is from Jackson Heights, it would be cool if he could come in and explain how this is done.
